Who We Are
At the Micro Squad, we offer in-person pop-up classes and virtual Microformer classes from the comfort of your home! All our instructors are certified with years of experience behind them. Equipped with knowledge to bring you a safe and challenging workout that is sure to leave you shaking and aching for more.
What is Micro Pilates? It is a Pilates-based movement combined with strength training. Our workout is high intensity, low impact, builds strength, endurance, and is easy on the joints.
